Email support@missinglayer.com. Include your iOS or iPadOS version and what you were trying to do. Please do not email receipts, account numbers, or other financial evidence.
Restore BackYet Unlimited
Open the purchase screen and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase. BackYet Unlimited is a one-time, non-consumable purchase.
Manage tracked items
Swipe left on an active or completed item and tap Delete. Completed items remain available under History until you delete them.
Reminders are not appearing
Open the Settings app on your device, choose Notifications → BackYet, and allow notifications. BackYet schedules reminders locally on your device.
Smart Capture cannot read a document
Smart Capture requires an internet connection and supports photos, images, and PDFs. You can always keep the evidence on your device and enter or correct the details manually.
Privacy and data deletion
Your tracked items and saved evidence stay on your device. Delete individual items with the swipe action above. Deleting BackYet removes its locally stored records and evidence. Read the full Privacy Policy.
